Welcome

Slower living for a calmer mind and steadier body.

Welcome to The Healing Homebody—a cozy space for those craving rest, rhythm, and a gentler way of living. Here, you can explore how simple lifestyle shifts can support your brain and help you feel more at home in your life and your body. Whether you're navigating burnout, brain fog, or just the noise of a too-fast world, this is your invitation to slow down, soften the edges, and heal from the inside out.

Hey friend, I’m Teresa!

I’m a lifelong homebody, recovering overthinker, and someone who knows what it feels like to crave rest but not know how to actually live it.

For years, I ran on overwhelm, high-functioning burnout, and the belief that I just needed to “try harder.” But eventually, my brain and body asked me to slow down—really slow down. What began as healing turned into a way of life.

A gentle space for slowing down, tuning in, and tending to your whole self.

This space is for you if:

  • You feel scattered, overstimulated, or stuck in survival mode

  • You long for cozy routines and simple ways to feel better

  • You want to support your mind, body, and spirit without hustle or guilt
